I bought this year's ago from a neighbors garage sale. The couple were older, and he told me he cut, carved, and painted each one. Base as well. The tree is a rubber/plastic, and the birds legs are a wire attached to a branch. Intials on the bottom are his and his wife's. I have used this in many staged areas. Happy feeling.
