This is a unique, one of a kind, Penn State ornament that was hand crafted by me. Each piece of cloth was specifically selected and intricately, folded and pinned to create the quilted luck. A Penn State ribbon was attached around the middle. I embellished the piece with some pearl top pins And put one in the middle of the bottom. The top has a white ribbon hanging loop which I held on with dabs of crafting glue and a cluster of three dark blue pins. It is a beautiful piece and would be a great gift for anyone who is a Penn State fan or for a gift for a Penn State fan.
