Tested and charged. Unfortunately the D pad/directions does not function properly. I cleaned the mother board with 99% alcohol hoping that would solve the issue but didn't. Please note this PS3 controller is one of the rarest edition and even a partially working controller sells for over $75.
Sold as is and hoping it goes to a collector that will appreciate this unit.
