Hard to find RARE charming English Victorian silver plate napkin ring featuring a delightful double barrel design and an adorable seated cat figure. This unique piece showcases a kitty with captivating yellow glass eyes and truly amazing detail. The initials E. P. are engraved on the piece, but they are subtle and do not detract from its overall appeal.
