Vintage Mid Century Italian Leather Wrapped Green Glass Decanter 3D Lion Head Medallion w/ Leather Grip Drinking Glasses. Decanter is 10” tall / each glass is 3.25” tall. This is a beautiful set handcrafted by skilled glass blowers and leather artisans in Italy, typically from the Mid-Century period 1950’s. The decanter features hand-tooled, braided leather details. The set includes the main decanter bottle and two matching green glass shot glasses also wrapped in leather as grip. The leather grip rings can come off each glass. The decanter does have the original stopper which many are lost over the last 70+ years. The stopper’s thread piece is missing so the stopper just sits on top not screwed in. For its age it’s in good condition there does show some light wear which is normal on leather wrapped items.
