Set is very old, more than 20 years old. Most of them are used and still have ink left in them. Some are never used or have been cleaned. These will need to be clean and flush to make sure no ink is left before you add new ink of you choice.
I use them with many fountain pen ink but there are other ink you can use with. These have super nice flow, better than fountain pens, have much, much smaller/thinner tip. Note these use the metal tip so you will feel the sharpness more in the thinner ones.
If you take good care of these, they will last you a few lifetimes.
All are in good condition, some yellowing and wear due to age.
