EXTREMELY RARE Vintage 1920's "Balpark" J.O. Ballard Wool Hunting Coat 44" Chest

PLEASE READ entire description, and note measurements. The "Balpark" is in an advertisement in a 1925 Forestry Guide published by the University of Iowa (see photo).
✓ Very similar to the Malone Woolen Mill's other hunting coats, the only difference I see is a smaller collar with less spread and no chin strap.
✓There is a button tab at the wrist which is not present in some other designs. Two flapped and buttoned pockets and two "hand-warmer" slit pockets in front, and a large game pocket in the back is accessed through two button-flaps.  The slit pockets do not go through to the game pocket as in other designs.
✓In remarkable condition, shows no excessive wear, no holes or stains and no moth damage. NOTE HOWEVER There are two areas on the back, on each sleeve seam, where the wool fabric is fraying at the seam. The seam is strong, not separated. The two lowest buttons are missing. This coat was obviously passed down and cherished through the last nearly 10 decades.
