Windows 10 Reset, Windows 10 functions okay, but is slow on 4GB Ram and would benefit from an upgrade or ditching Windows and using a Linux distro, great for windows, media, school, and maybe some gaming. Battery is still good, screen is also a touch screen. Speakers may having a popping sound every now and then when loud noise plays, and as per an image the retention screw hole most likely broke so when you open or close the screen the hinge pulls it up a little, but this is most likely fixable if you're handy or you can just use it like normal and support the body when opening or closing.
