Features & Tips
STEP 1
Remove offending object from tire with included heavy duty pliers.

STEP 2
Use spiral reaming tool to enlarge puncture.

STEP 3
Apply included lubricant to ease threading of cord and insertion into puncture area.

STEP 4
Remove a repair cord (Brown String) out the side of the plastic.

STEP 5
Thread repair cord into eye of insertion tool.

STEP 6
Use insertion tool to insert cord into puncture, leaving 1/2 inch of cord ends visible.

STEP 7
Slide the retaining platform until against the tire. Hold the retaining platform against the tire while quickly and firmly pulling the T-Handle up leaving the plug in place.

STEP 8
Trim excess plug material and re-Inflate tire to recommended pressure.
