It's definitely expertly made and considered a type of bobbin Lace. So beautifully done there are added touches to the lace and a slight ruffle attached. Length is 36" from the middle back collar to the edge of the tip of the tie. Open it up and it measures 72" long tip to tip. 31" across the back width (see photo with ruler). 14" the length of the back shawl center to bottom edge. This has no damage such as holes, weakness or breaks so
